Not a fan of spikes in the first place, i think the pink fits her well and even my girl what trains in Schutzhund wears pink collars, but i wont put spikes on her or any dog i own.

our girl wears a pink tiger striped collar, Hot pink at that, and our boy wears a copper colored collar. I always believed, only a real man can pull off pink.
Besides that would be like saying you wont hang out with your GF if she wears pink, the dog is a girl so pink is ok.
Its growing on me, thanks for the response

Aurora has a pink leather spike collar as well, but hers alternates spikes and rhinestones... oh so tough :)
that is tough lol

My dog has a neon pink collar, but still gets mistaken for a boy. Apparently doberboys are metro.
lmao

My girls have all kinds of girly collars. Purple, pink, polka-dots...

The best kind of girl is one that can kick your ass and look good doing it. A female Doberman in a pink collar is just that, IMO. ;)
Thats so true

............and there's me thinking you Italians are great with knowing how to keep their women happy :respect:
Oooooh sounds like someone got there feelings hurt at one time

well she looks gorgeous !! but would look even better in a lizard leather collar lol !!
We are going to do business clare!

I love it! and your pictures too. :]
Thanks

What a Beautiful Girl. I love the pink collar, and wouldn’t hesitate to show her off with it on!

Just a side note to the people looking to get one of their own, and a little off topic... Most of you probably know this better than I do, but for those of you that don't, read on.

Some of the cheaper Studded collars, like many found at Petco(nothing against the store), have studs attached through the leather with Staples. Upon looking at the back of the collar, you will see the staples which are for the most part flush with the leather. For younger dogs or strong leash pullers, these staples peak out of the collar and irritate or cut your pup!

To counter that, many collar manufacturers will put another piece of material on the other side of the collar further protecting your little buddies neck. I found one at Petsmart like this, for about $9 more than the one at Petco.

I'm not implying anything here, I'm sure the ones with the staples on the other side are fine for many pups, but defiantly not for my stubborn little guy =D Have an excellent Weekend!!

Yes this is how this one is, leather on top nice and smooth !

I have that collar too for my Saffy. My husband refuses to walk her in it. I think your dog looks fab in it. I love the studded and spikey collar thing. I just bought these safety blinky things for night walks.. Of course I bought pink. I also have a pink patent leather collar that I refer to as her James Bond collar. I don't know why. I love the the whole pinky thing for a dobe. Have fun:swing1:

so today i am at petsmart in line to check out. i have a giant bag of dog food over my shoulder, a purse that is way too heavy, 2 big bags of treats, and some collars i am going to dress up. Aurora is on a handle clipped to my belt loop. an old guy comes up behind me and is going on and on "oh aren't you such a good boy, what a handsome dog you are, oh so good, yes you are..." i turn to look over my shoulder and realize he is addressing Aurora. now i know most people think dobermans reproduce through budding because they are all males, but really???? attached is a picture of what she is wearing (by the way i wouldn't NORMALLY pair a fringe collar and a bead drop collar together, but one is her pinch collar and the coordinating slip lead i had taken her to her agility lesson in just wasn't going to cut it in a hands-free environment since i knew i would be lugging that bag of dog food)

the pinch collar has pink cotton covered by a black swag fringe. her tag collar is pink cotton with a red/pink/gold design ribbon and pink/red bead trim. a male? really??? could i dress her any more girlie? i replied "she is a princess" he didn't get the hint so i finally corrected "Aurora is a girl". he says "oh, well i didn't look" with a very slight hint of a 'tude. here's your sign dude! ridiculous overabundance of pink on a "tough" breed dog = FEMALE DOG (aka "bitch"... and don't you forget it!)

I love the way it looks on her! My Ziva doesn't have a pink spiked color, but she does have a chain slip collar with pink rope webbed through the chain links that she wears all the time, and people STILL think she is a male. LOL
