Lilly's Dobermans

I was looking on the DPCA website and noticed Ken Lilly of Lilly's Dobermans close to where I am located. However, I can't seem to find a website for him, only an email. I know which questions to ask from researching, but I am wary of there not being a readily available site. Is this a correct presumption or does it not matter whether there is a website available when an email is available?

Thank you!

Ken Lilly is a long time DPCA member and breeder--he is still listed as a breeder but I don't think he's actively breeding these days.

As far as not being able to locate a website for him--many of the long time breeders don't have and never have had web sites. It means nothing--frankly I'm more leary of some of the elaborate websites I find for people who have nothing much to offer except the website than I would be to find no website listed for someone whose kennel name I recognized from years of looking at pedigrees and show entries.

I definitely don't rely on websites. In this case I'd probably call or e-mail him and find out if he is still breeding or if (and this is fairly common) he is mentoring a newish breeder or co-breeding and mentoring an up and coming breeder whose foundation stock is Lilly bred dogs.

Ken Lilly does not have a website. He is however on Facebook. He has been doing a bit of breeding the last number of years. Bred a bitch to Blue and has a CH Male from that litter, now about 5-6 years old, I think. He also bred a bitch a couple of years ago to Tiffany Neal's, Ace and kept a bitch which Karin Fox finished for him. He had a litter of puppies Spring 2015. So he is still active.
