from car seats?

Oh my God.. her hairs get woven into the fabric. I've tried tape, lint brush, vacuum. It's impossible.

Any other suggestions?

Hair in vehicle

Well I avoid that altogether. I bought on Ebay a doggie blanket for just that reason. I have real soft upholstery in my truck and it's black so I didn't want dog hair all over my interior so I bought a medium sized blanket. You can use a beach towel from WalMart or something like that but they keep the hair off my upholstery and on the blanket for the most part.

Then, I can easily remove it and wash it as necessary. For long trips like camping she rides in the kennel. Good luck

Here's one exactly like the one I bought except mine is 60" long:

Here's a good one:

Try a damp washcloth... it tends to pull hairs well. I use a blanket too, but it's impossible to keep hairs off anything with my two dogs. LOL LOL We have a Toyota Matrix, which I love because we can put the seats down and they hang out there instead of on seats. Hair still flies however. :D

I'll try a damp cloth. She usually rides in her crate unless it's a short trip to run an errand.. and you're right, the hair flies everywhere. I swear she sheds much worse than the retriever.

Ah well Lyn........... that is why I now have leather :) The things we do because of our dogs.
That's cheating, MJ! lol. I see leather in our future!

We use a Dyson pet hair vacuum for house and car and i have found that if you use the extension hose and slap at the upholstery it lifts the hairs.

I have a Vibe and the back seats fold flat. The whole back floor is plastic, I just put a doggie blanket down. In the past I did find a damp cloth works well.

yeah their hair is quite difficult. I too realized that right away with my new car since I no longer have leather seats yay lol (for too hot too cold reasons haha) and I now use a sheet and just tuck it under the little headrests and by the seat belts and then it drapes over the side. No hair can get by...I havent cut holes for the seats belts to be able to easily be available yet.

I hate when you get one of their hairs in your sock! and it feels like a needle lol

That's why I went with leather also. But, before I had leather, I used to fold packaging tape around my hand and roll it around the seat. It picked up everything.

I spray the area down with static guard, and vacuum. May repeat if it is really bad.

I went with leather just for this reason. At one time I had a car seat cover from Dr. Fosters that was made of a canvas material that you could just brush off. As long as you can leave it in the vehical that might work for you but the one for my truck was a pain to put on and take off.
