I don't know of any personally, but have you asked your breeder?

Vets who can properly crop Doberman ears are few and far between, which is why most good breeders will have them already done and healed for new puppy owners before they go to their new homes.

Dr. Earnest Wyatt should do a good job if he is still practicing. His wife was a Doberman breeder some years ago.
