OMG, I could SO see my dogs doing this. I'm glad no one was hurt and hubby wasnt mad If my neighbors walked by and saw something like this, Im sure they would just laugh and shake their head. They would know EXACTLY what happened. LOL

lyn and i were talking tonight at class and we decided this is something that rah would DEFINITELY do. something rah probably WILL do.

almost but not quite IMHO
Rah would remove the post, swing it around so it takes out at least half of the door jam, drag a minimum of 5 shrubs and probably another dog with him..
and once he got past the front door he'd wrap it around the mailbox, include at least one car tire and then head down the road wreaking havoc along the way

OMG, that is funny....I'm not surprised. Posts are more for vertical support, than horizantal support....Looks like its easily fixable...

Who's the builder?

Katz was our builder. And, for the most part, they did a decent job.
It's odd that they would cheap out there, considering they use materials like Tyvec wrap and plywood sheathing and other builders in the area do not.
