we might foster urgent pup

aaaw he is sooo adorable...I hope he finds a home and soon...

There was a 6 month old doberman that had all his shots, ears cropped and was ready to go in my local animal shelter. I would have gotten him if no one else did and I had the space for him.

Fingers and paws are crossed here that you are able to get him! Please let us know, he is adorable!

Hope you get him...hundred bucks you end up adopting him. If not, at least he will be saved from death and will have a nice warm home for Christmas.

How and why would he be scheduled to be put down if he is only 4 months, and loves everyone?? I know the answer to my own question, but I had to say/type it out loud because it still doesn't make sense to me!!

good for you LD, on trying to foster. it would be a shame to put a sweet thing like that down. Molly and Apollo are proud of you for trying to save his life.

I just found out that this dog was adopted.:3dbiggrin I wonder if they would let me know who got him....maybe a play friend for Kaiser.

I know it doesnt make sense to me either...but maybe their shelter got crazy crowded or something. with the holidays. I know reeaaaally hope that if we arent the ones that will be offered to help him...they will have someone else that can. But I think it would be awesome to foster and have him to celebrate christmas in a home...even if it is a foster home...we hope just to foster...but who knows...maybe if things go really well....and he doesnt find a great home right away than we will be too attached haha.

Go for it ,at least at 4 months old he shouldn't come with any behaviour problems.

havent gotten an email back from the person yet....but Im having my parents call today....so well see...

well the lady emailed me back...I guess he already has a home now...so thats good...except there are others that need a foster home...so maybe my mom will find another to foster...I was looking forward to doing it
