Tomorrow my boy turns 1!

Tomorrow will be Barrett's first birthday! He's made an excellent addition to our family and is the best dog! We have now decided that a Doberman is the only dog we'll ever own, I mean have own us. We have the strongest bond and work so well together. When it comes to learning new tricks or practicing our obedience we have the strongest bond. When it comes to snuggling the bond is even stronger. 
He just graduated his 2nd obedience class and got his CGC when he was 11 months old. :graduate: I'm hoping to start agility with him sometime next year when his growth plates have closed and an opening at the training center opens. Until then we will keep working on obedience and learning new tricks. Today we had a big birthday party for him. His best canine friends all came and the humans that love him most. Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes! Barrett is having a great day so far. He had his breakfast in his new Kong Wobbler, he loves it. It's pretty funny to watch too, he thinks the harder you smack it across the floor the more treats he gets! Then he dug into his toy box and has started working his way through new squeaky stuffies.
Amelia_Murray he got his coat after he passed his CGC and a pet expo. It's so easy to put on and reversible! I also got his "big" chi/terrier sister a matching one!
