The ingredient list looks good to me. Maybe if I still fed kibble, this would be a brand I would consider. I think that brand of food was rated as one of the best by the Whole Dog Journal.
Go to this site and see if you cna find any info. the lady is very helpfull

Mordy is the queen when it comes to dog food! thank god she has done all the work for us:haha: I was feeding my dog pedigree before I talked to ehr:help_up_2
Ok, so i thought i would go to my vet toay and ask if they have heard anything about this stuff, or had any experience with it. I did not expect what i got...a 20 min lecture about how the foods they sell ARE high quality and how organic foods are actually bad for my dog. Grrrr, too many conflicting opinions.
The key, Tom, is "The foods THEY sell", honestly of course your vet is going to recommend what he will profit from.

Just from my point of view, before I started Chicken soup (for example as an organic food) my dobe had dry skin and bad dandruff. After chicken soup, MUCH better. (After raw ALL the way better!) That was proof enough for me to go organic.
Yeah, i think im going to give it a try. Ill start with Timberwolf Organics, if that doesnt help king, ill try solid gold, if that doesnt work, ill ty eagle pack.
Let us know how it works with him, okay. Hey BTW, is his skin still in good shape (or still improving) from the allergies he had?
His skin is SOOO amazing now. I will take pics and post before and afters. He doesnt scratch at all, no more scabs, he doesnt stink anymore, and is just a much more happy dog.
Tom, I'm so glad to hear that! For your sake and King's!
Here are the pics i promised

Tom!!!! That's awesome!!! He looks great!!! I bet he feels a ton better too!
Yeah, he is feeling great. lol, like he told me that. hahaha
but yeah, you can see it in his personality. he is just generally happier, sleeps better, and plays a LOT more.
Tom is that from the Timberwolf Organics or the Wolf King? I have also asked about the Wolf King as some people I know swear by it & it has done the same stuff for their dog. They have a half German Sheppard half Rottweiler. He had very bad problems with his "socks". They were always red & flakey & itchey. They gave him the Wolf King & it put an end to all that.
Kings improvement is due to him beign on meds and the Imunotherapy that he is going through right now. I havent tried either foods yet because im trying to find an answer from someone who has used this stuff before.
So, I bought some Timberwolf Organics "Dakota Bison" Kibble for king today. He LOVES it. It smells sooooo good. Even I want to eat it. It smells very sweet. Yummy Yummy Yummy. Anyway, ill let you guys know how he takes to it.

It hasnt been tool ong, but i have an update on the food. King is digesting this stuff VERY well. No more gurguling coming from his stomach, very little gas, and he gobbles it down like there is no tomorrow. The best part it is smells good. There is nothing worse than a dobe kiss after they just ate their nasty smelling food:help_up_2
His coat is becoming even more shiney, and his stool is becoming more solid. I am very pleased with this food.

That's how I feel after Ava eats a meal of tripe. Ewwww.....

I'm glad to hear that King is doing well on this new food. How's the allergy injections going?

The inections are going well. I know that most of the "success" we have seen so far is because of the anti-inflamitory medication he is on, but we are now getting away with a lesser amount of medication without scratching. So im very pleased. His hair is coming in very well, and all of his sores are gone. Overall, im happy. Even if the injections dont work i dont care. king isnt scratching, he doesnt have to wear a cone/e-collar, and best of all, i dont have to yell at him for scratching...lol
