The effects of pediatric s/n (as in done at 8-10 WEEKS) not 6-8 months - was i believe, 1/4 of an inch or so.

A tall dog is going to be a tall dog, no matter what. Rah was over 27 inches when he was neutered- he got taller, but not because he was neutered, but because he was always a giraffe.
