When should i switch my dog to adult food.
She is eating large breed puppy food from acana.
She is 1 years and 1 month.
She weight around 57 lb

What the difference between puppy or adult food ? If i switch her to adult food she still going to get some weight like it supposed to be ? or it will stop her from getting any weight or muscle ?

you can probably make the switch, I think dog food brands are just trying to find more ways to make money, as brands like acana taste of the wild, orejin are all considered All Life Stages. Meaning it doesn't mean if they are puppy or senior you can feed their food because it is so nutritious.

ALS (all life stages) fed, from 8 weeks old here (slower growth, better for joints) / I never buy, into puppy food marketing.
- in the wild, wolf cubs don't eat pup food / just part of the kill
(puppy gets +50% more adult kibble, by body weight / till several months old )
