I would go ahead and post them again just to be safe. Usually I leave them posted no more than a week at a time. After that it can start getting gross and they need to be cleaned and changed.
Should I post his ears a second time?
I took the tape off my puppy's ears after 10 days of posting. This was the first time they had been taped and posted. Once I removed the tape they stood great. Its been 3 days and I can tell they are relaxing more, but aren't flopping yet, he can still hold them erect. I will probably need to post them a second time and was wondering if I should do it for another 10 days or more or less than that. 10 days was what my vet recommended for his inital posting. Thanks a lot!

My advice would be to definitely post again, but not for 10 days at a time. IMO 10 days is too long to leave them posted. Too much time for something to go wrong inside the ear, and too much growth happens in 10 days.
I never left ears taped more than 3 or 4 days before changing posts and tape.
Keep posting, remember that they need to stand for the next ten years (hopefully more!) So if you can see any sort of change/settling in just 3 days, definitely keep going!
I'm not sure how short your crop is but hopefully you were expecting months of taping vs 1-2 sessions of taping.
