Rommel was 14 months old on January 2nd. We have been working with him (age appropriate) since he was about 8 or 9 weeks old. At that age it was mostly drive building, and teaching him that when he has a "full mouth" grip and holds on, thats when he wins. Same as we are doing with the new pup. I started him in tracking when he was about 10-12 weeks old.

looking good you can tell he enjoys it.

He looks great having fun out there.

The last time I was walking Java in (Old Towne) Alexandria, VA, two men came up beside us at the stop light. Java was sitting nicely and the man commented on how when he was younger, he trained dogs for the military. In fact he was the guy in the padded suit! I'd love to have Java put in that training situation just to see if instinct would kick in or if she's knock the guy down and lick him to death....

You already know how I feel about Rommel...he is a beauty and he looks like he really enjoys what he is doing!

He looks so happy! in the first two pics I can just hear him thinking "I'm gonna bite ya, I'm gonna bite ya! Amanda will say the word and I get to bite ya!"yea!!!!

I was browsing the dobe videos on youtube and came across one called 'rommel el retardo' or something like that......no this wasn't a working video, just a crazy pup........he was a youngster, but I assume this is your Rommel BIB, He was very cute and going insane running around (like Orson has done/still does) cracked me up!
