Reputable Doberman breeders in SoCal or willing to ship??

My name is Alaina and I am looking for a SOUND Doberman puppy that I can train for Schutzhund and obedience. I will be honest, this is a learning experience for me as well. I am new to Schutzhund, but I am trying to learn as much as I can and for what I lack in knowledge, I make up for in enthusiasm. My first dog was a Dobe bitch, and it was "dog love" at first sight. I have never loved a dog like that since. I have 2 other dogs, a male and a female Boston Terrier, both fixed. I would like a female puppy from a reputable breeder. I cannot stress this enough, good breeders that health test is a MUST. I have trained all of my dogs myself and we believe in making our dogs a well-behaved, active family member. There is not any sleeping out in the cold or neglect. We love our fur babies. My son is in the local 4-H chapter for the dog project and we will be joining schutzhund when the dog has matured enough to handle the physical demands. I am very excited about wanting a Dobe again and would like any help with a good breeder in my area (I live by Lancaster), or even a good breeder that will be willing to ship a dog. Also, I do not need a dog right this second. I am willing to wait as long as it takes to be paired with my new fur buddy. Thanks for your time and help in advance.
