Pitiful. That's what we mean when we say people should understand about the Doberman personality and traits before they buy. I think many people are in love with the idea of the Doberman and have no idea of their needs. On the other hand is there any puppy that isn't high energy at a young age? I got my first Doberman from someone who thought a six month old puppy was vicious because she shook her toys violently (called worrying).

I do hope the rescue that has this puppy really investigates the new owner thoroughly so he can go to a loving forever home.

Seeing Ramsey and reading his story puts me in mind of the "So You Think You Want a High Drive Puppy" video posted on another thread today....

Handsome boy. I hope somebody with know-how and a heart of gold ends up with him!

Bumping.
He is now 10 months old, loves clicker training, knows some tricks, and he walks extremely well on his gentle leader!
Please consider Ramsey when searching for your Dobe!
