Pula off to the K9 Chiro next week

Next week. She seems to have an injury of some sort, but I do not know when it happened. We have been to the vet, but nothing uncovered. So, we will be seeing a vet chiropractor to see what she finds.

I suspect some small tweak in hips/abdomen/back from running and playing with the other dog. She is not limping, just does not have her regular drive, does not seem to want to jump or play like usual, and has been slightly more snippy with the other dogs. She is eating and pooing fine and has been getting better.

But, better safe than sorry so off we will go. She is on limited activity, as best as can be done. So, no agility for the past two weeks.

Hope to be up and running again soon. This chiro is supposed to be awesome and she treats a lot of the local performance dogs.

I take Rocket about every 3 months, or when it's obvious he's done something to himself. It really makes a difference! We just went earlier in the month, his tail and pelvis and back were a little off.

I always know it's bad when the chiro makes "oofda" noises when she examines him.

Hopefully Pula feels better!

Hope she feels better soon. My agility instructor has her dogs adjusted 2 times a month as a rule of thumb. We have a few great chiros that come out and work on the performance dogs at someone's facility.
Update. Pula went to the chiropractor. She was amazing. She adjusted her neck a little - two vertebra a little misaligned. She worked on her middle back with some adjustment and then class iv laser treatment. She wants to see her 2-3 more times before getting her back into agility.

Pula did very well with her, only freaking a little at the humming fan in the laser. Once she was able to get the laser on her, Pula relaxed a lot.

Pula felt a lot better after this first treatment. We go back in two weeks for number 2.

Walking is ok, some playing, but I need to keep her from being too crazy. No agility for a few more weeks.
