Got a smaller(medium) sized plastic crate for Dolce today and put it in my bedroom. So far, so good! She can't get stuck between anything or really even gnaw on much since its plastic and the slits are really narrow. There's enough room for her to stretch herself out too since she likes to sleep sprawled out. Also helps that she's pretty tired right now and wont make much of a fuss lol.

You know, I think that was money well spent. They can get themselves into sooo much trouble we really have to watch out for them. Put an old t-shirt that you've worn in there with her, that sometimes helps, and give her time, she's just a baby... before you know it, she's so big you can't even remember how small she was. Sleep tight - or at least give it a try.... zzzzzzzz

yeah, 50 bucks to me is WELL worth it if both my dog and i can get a little more sleep lol.. She seemed a lot more comfortable in it. And i was thinkin bout throwin in a tshirt that i needed to wash in there so she feel a bit more comfortable in there.. good idea.

yup, she was out cold.... just hanging there her nose on the bars...never noticed I took a lot of pictures. What crazy dogs they are, can't help loving them soooo much. Let us know how the night went.

So glad things are better with the new crate. It takes time for them to adjust and having the proper size crate for them in very important for crate training. I can feel for you, since we are doing it all over again. Its day 5 for us and last night I was able to move from the couch and sleep in my bed for atleast 6 hours. Persistence and patience is everything.
