PLEASE Help DAN~Doberman Assistance Network help Pixie
Doberman Assistance Network has an URGENT need for funds.
This is Miss Pixie....a beautiful four year old who came to us after giving birth. While her four surviving pups are being hand raised, Pixie is fighting
for her life. Her poor depleted body is riddled with infection, the most serious is now the mastitis that is too graphic to show the pictures. She is on IV antibiotics and has already had one blood transfusion and will require one more at the very least. She did have to receive an emergency spay and had to have infected teeth removed even before this terrible set back. Pixie is a fighter and does not want to die, we are doing everything possible to help her but the vet bills are well into the thousands. Please help us help her with a tax deductible donation and remember no amount is too small.

Update
Most of you are aware of our sweet mom Doberman Pixie and her puppies, and their rescue. This little family, (the ones that are still with us), are having such a time trying to survive. Pixie was rushed to the emergency vet on Saturday, and has been with our Leigh since then. She is on IV antibiotics and fluids. She will need at least one more transfusion. In addition to the other infections her body is fighting, she has terrible Mastitis..She has eaten a little chicken with rice, and actually seems to be doing a little better. She even stood up today! All paws crossed...
We have right now 4 surviving pups out of the original 9. This is so terribly sad...but the reality is, trying to save this little family has drained DAN's finances drastically, and we need your help like we've rarely needed it! Our veterinary expenditures so far exceed $1,500.
We have posted our 2012 Calendar. We think it's a hit! Please order one, heck, please order a bunch, they will make great Holiday and New Year's presents!
We could use items to auction on Ebay to bring in funds, and we would appreciate you looking in your closets, in those special places where you keep special Doberman related items, and make a donation of an item to DAN so that we can auction it on our ebay site.
