It's actually my son, but thanks, he is a charmer, come to think on it, they both are, lol.

So, I don't understand. Does he have to always wear a muzzle? Also, is that a bark collar? Looks like a battery operated collar???

Whilst out and about Toby must be muzzled, no if's no but's.
The collar is an E collar, I rarely have to use it above the tone setting, (it only has 8 settings unlike some of the ones I have seen advertised in the US with 100+ settings). I don't like to use one, but it gives me just a little bit more control and more often than not as I have said, just the tone makes him stop and listen to me.
