Picking out Kibbles?

I am introducing TOTW Salmon to Leia now. Her liking it sure doesn't look like it will be a problem.. at ALL! :D:

She is picking out the TOTW from the kibble she was eating when I got her. She is starting to leave the other kibbles in her bowl.. and crying/whining for more of the kibbles she picks out.

Do you think I should increase the amount of the TOTW faster? It doesn't seem to be bothering her at all... other than her wanting more.

If she is not having any stomach/intesetinal issues I say give her a bit more of the TOTW. Go slowly though, as it never seems to fail that if they get just 1 episode of GI upset, it becomes a whole issue

I agree, as long as she is handling it well then definitely increase the amount of TOTW, just take it slow and not give it all at once.

aww thats cute, my other dobe, Mysti used to do this when we had to switch her food after we found out about her thyroid issue. She needed to be on a weight control formula and while we were changing her food over, she preferred the taste of the new food so she would pick through her bowl and spit out the old food, only she would spit it out on the floor. When the dish was empty she would sit there and look up at me, and whimper for more food with all these kibbles scattered under her dish.
