That look on his face is pathetic. I can't keep Oliver out of the water. Maybe he's not a dobe. Oh wait, I was just nosey poked. Maybe it's a location thing. We don't get much rain and it's not that cold. Oliver goes nuts when I try to dry him off, he would never stand still with a towel on him, he'd be zooming, sort of a cape thing. Superdog!
