I had two Dobes when I was a kid, Shadow was mine, Cleo was my Dad's, although she thought she was mine. Shadow was not a well-bred dog, I bought him from a pet shop, and he had a roached back. Be that as it may, he was the smartest dog I have ever owned, and that's saying something. I'm in my 60s, and have almost always had at least one dog in my life. Recently I've been more into Great Pyrenees, but getting older, I find I can't deal with the fuzz and the drool. So, I bought a very well bred Dobe puppy. Her name I Friendship's Snowy Noelle, her pic is my profile pic, the current pic is her stacked at 7 weeks old. Her name is Noelle because she is my Christmas present to myself, and Snowy was my Great Pyr whom I recently lost. I bought Noelle with the thought that I would show her, which between practice and showing, would get me up off my butt. :) Any friendly advice is much appreciated, I've shown horses and rabbits, but never dogs. Thank you in advance. :)

One of mine used to take big bites of the roll leaving it in the holder. Not as messy, but definitely made the roll just as unusable.
Ellie did this the first night she was home with us - the only thing she destroyed was one roll in one brand new pack of TP, and originally I thought she only pulled out a few squares. Turns out she took a big chunk out of that roll. I thought it was funny as hell.

Another one of those things that you secretly laugh at, but you can't let the dog know you think is funny.
