I saw this book at Borders yesterday...I didn't look inside of it too much...so I don't know exactly what is expected of the book but I think its a cute idea. I just don't know if it is like one of those books where you feel your just reading common sense. But since you said you both will try to lose 10 pounds maybe its worth checking it out at the book store
