I have a similar problem with diesel, who when I am working is in the office with me two filghts up in our house. The office over looks the street and has a massive bay window (which is a good look out point for him). There are now so many dogs in our street, owned by working professionals that a dog walker collects them all. The problem is she ties six dogs to a fence across the street when picking up and droping off.
When diesel sees this he works himself into a frenzy, I have tried treats without any luck. He seems to be so focused, I sit him down and hold on to his collar and tell him to stay and praise him. But as soon as I let go of the collar he launches himself back at the window. I have made him sit for about 10-mins on occasion and then he is straight back to that window.
it does end up stressing me out...
