Yes ,its a lot harder than I though.I had Bella 1st at 8 weeks, then Fever at 12 weeks (cause the breeder did the ears and waits till stitches are healed)anyhow I saw a difference in Bella once Fever came, and I let them stay together. She would go to Fever to play now,and not me anymore. So I see the best thing to do is keep them separate most of the time. That is the hardest thing about 2 puppies at the same time.I want them to bond to me and my family 1st ,before another dog.Keeping them separate, without them getting jealous of each other is a real chore. I've made it into a game,so I can get my kids to help, we rotate puppies every hr,and we saw the change in 2 days. Now they both prefer to play with us 1st, even when we do let them play together.I let them eat together and they get 1 hr together in the yard in the morning and then 1 hr together at night with the whole family(family time)Another difference I see in the breeds is Fever is a lot rougher at play and uses her paws, but she knows her place w/my kids. The biggest prolbem I got now is the family car(jeep) it did hold all 5 of us and the 1 crate w/Bella.When Fever came the crate was big enough for both pups for our local trips.HA ,like my kids go thru shoes, the crate is big enough now for only 1.Yes I do get both crates in the jeep now, but I got to put the seats down. OPPPPPP'S.............. where do I put the kids now?.My wife has to take my daughters in her car.You know where that leaves me??...Yep, looking for a new car.I'm looking at a new chevrolet suburban.Hmmmmm ......that would leave me room for that brown puppy too!!!!!!!
