Miniature pinsher from Mansfield Ohio needs a home
Kip is approx 1 year and a male. He is a Richland County Dog Warden. He has been there since Sep 6,2011. The reason being at the shelter is a stray. He favors his rear left leg. Try contacting IMPS (Internet Miniature Pinscher Services) minpin rescue. They have people everywhere and are very nice to deal with.
IMPS is not taking new rescues. They are filled to max capacity. I emailed them about 2 months ago regarding a min-pin and was told this information.

I say try IMPS anyway. No harm in it. Things can change in 2 months. And even if they're not taking any dogs, they probably have other contacts.
I did send them an e-mail. I thought the same. You just never know if they have an opening or someone that can take Kip
