Yes. My female has been dx with it. Went to see an opthamologist when she was 5 months old because her third eyelids seemed to be up all the time. Eyes work and function perfectly, they are just smaller then they should be. There is a surgery in which her third eyelids can be tacked down but it's purely a cosmetic thing. I've opted to forgo getting it done. She is 16 months old now and gets along very well.
