I have a 2 year old white dobie that's never been able to play with another doberman. Im looking to set up a play date in Austin or see if there is a dobie meet up anywhere in Texas.

because we like to educate, and many of us enjoy picking nits, what you have is an albino, not a "white" dobe.

have you socialized him with any other dogs?

Welcome! you probably know this but when he's outdoors make sure he has on protective eyewear, a tee shirt, and sun block. Reapply sunblock every hour-2 hours. I've heard every 2 hours but I've noticed I've gotten a bit burned if I wait that long so I prefer every hour.

Have you looked for any Texas facebook dobe groups? That might be a way to go.
