Anyone have any ideas, well besides the satellite dish around his head, to make a dog stop licking?

Max has decided to lick his bandaged leg at any moment he can get at it.....

thanks will try the bitter apple. We did find out, however, Max had a cut between his toes when we brought him in for the surgery. That is healing up as well & the vet said, that is most likely the reason for his licking of the wrap on his foot.
