While I don't personally use Lemonade (I have Pets Best), I recently had a friend's dog have a seizure after being prescribed a medication. The vet confirmed it was the medication, as it was isolated after stopping the medication. Lemonade refused to cover the incident (including the ER visit and care). They had some sort of clause and considered it pre-existing, which was wild to me. I've had to file a few claims and an ER visit with Pets Best since getting my pup in November, and while they take a little longer than other companies to reimburse, they've always approved my claims.
