kijiji usually takes down information-only ads pretty quickly, so you're very likely wasting your time. The DPCC tried this approach with volunteers across the country posting ads with links to helpful information about responsible breeding and gave it up because the ads just kept coming down.

Why don't we start "selling" cd/dvd/digital downloads of "proper puppy info" or some such. If they only like ads that sell something, set up a paypal account for one of the rescues and charge $.50 for an email with links to the good breeders/info?
