Haven't worked with Rocko much in the last few weeks(been working way to much). I got him a new bite pillow( which is much harder than all his previous tugs) and thought I would try to get him amped up to get a bite on it. I was pretty impressed with his enthusiasm. He was an animal, if I could just get him this amped with the helper. Anyways he made some really weak bites, which is typical of him(most if not all of his work in bite sport training will be to develop a full grip). None the less I was very happy with by boy and how easily he turned his on switch "ON" and got into the work. He had been sitting on the couch with my 2 year old daughter prior to going outside. I got a kick on one of his vids you have of him outright prancing(please don't take that the wrong way I thought it was beautiful-the big bouncy steps), such energy and so very happy, he glows. If you ever get too busy for him he can come visit anytime

My first doberman was trained just like your photos. He did alot of police work in Gary, Indiana until we retired him....and headed to south Florida.

Here's a few shots from the club practice tonight. Rocko did ok in obedience he was in total un interested puppy mood when we got their, slowly but surely he got back in the groove and did ok. Protection he did well stayed engaged the majority of the time, he didn't get a bite though, he wouldn't stay engaged and give the bark. It was a good night though.
