aw, the little guy is growing up so fast.

not even 4 months and his first face attack with Jimmy, lol.

we were having some fun and decided to get out the video camera.

this guy is awesome so far. Great drive, awesome grips, and nice aggression for his age. We love him!

you can see poor Elsa outside watching!

I need to teach Nexus that kind of control, if we play like that, she would probably take my face off .. literally!

Wow, I am not sure I would like my boy to play quite so rough, (I am a bit of a coward I guess). All the same awesome video.
The thing to remember is that alot of the sports are about control, meaning, the handler has 100% control of the dog. It won't be long before this dog can reliably work under hard distractions, and will do things that your average pet owner would be very jealous of. Lots of play, drive building, and confidence building in pups to give them the best shot of competing. But in the not too distant future, I bet this dog will be impressive.

I play EXTREMELY rough with our girl sometimes, if you looked in a window you may think I was getting attacked. But a quick command, and she goes from snarling, growling demon dog to sitting, smiling goofy puppy. Drivey dogs like to play rough, and as long as you have a solid training foundation and have control of your dog, nothing wrong with getting a bit rough.

I also wanted to emphasize what Fitz said, they are raising a French Ring dog, this is not something your typical pet owner would want to be doing, unless they really understood what they're doing.

Okay so I'm thinking, watch your nose, watch your nose. hahahahaha, one little puppy tooth yikes a rip! This reminds me of my GSD pups. They all played this way although I never offered material so close to my face because I'm a chicken! heh heh. Many ripped sweatshirts for me, especially sleeves. He is a good pup and smart too, love how he goes around to grab the hood, cheater! ;)

He's awesome!! What a cute little monster!

Poor Elsa though. Send her to me. I'll spoil her and ruin her properly for you! :D

How is Elsa's training going? You switched her to French Ring, didn't you?
