This little girl has a small, hard, skin colored bump on her forehead. Is it possible this is a result of getting bit by another pup? What could the cause be?

I know it is a bit difficult to tell by the photos, but I was hoping someone here has experienced a similar situation (possible allergic reaction?) with their pup & could offer some advice.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

it could be from a bite.. best to get it checked by the vet.. welcome to the forum !!
