I pick up my dobie in 2 weeks - he will be 11 weeks. I was considering getting him a "chew proof" bed from K9basllistics.com and wondered if anyone had any experience with them. http://http://www.k9ballistics.com/Original-Tuff-Bed_p_11.html

Also, we will have about a 9 hour drive home and I know the weather will be cold. Anyone have any ideas about what size coat I might want to get this little guy for roadside stops? And I would love collar size suggestions too. I just really have no idea what to expect size-wise for an 11-week dobie male.

Probably 20lbs - 15in long? Thats about what Juno was.

Kaiser has been wearing a "medium" collar from Petsmart since he was 10 weeks and it still fits with a good bit of space to grow.

My boy will be 11 weeks tomorrow... he weighs 22 lbs and is 17 inches long from neck to tail.

Have not use a chew proof bed but sounds nice! Would guess 12-14'' on collar size at that age.
