Sorry, but the AKC is just a registry - like the Deparment of Motor Vehicles. They don't control the breed standard and never will, just like the DMV doesn't tell Ford what kind of cars to make.
The DPCA controls the breed standard and albino, whites, whatever you call them, will never be an accepted color.
