After looking at what little bit there was on their FB page and website, I'm going with "No". They don't seem to be doing anything with their dogs besides breeding them. No registered names are shown anywhere, and there is no mention of health testing shown anywhere.

Or you can tell us where you are, what your plans are for your dog, and how far you are willing to travel to get a pup, and we can recommend breeders.

Definitely not someone I'd consider ethical in any way. Start with the DPCA listing. There are two breeders in Maryland I'd consider, and several in Pennsylvania, but she's definitely not on my list.
