I can't believe they did it

I came home from work this morning tired and already in a bad mood. The first face to greet me was Harmony with a HUGE smile on face. Big give away. What did you do wrong? Asher went to the corner and put his head down sulking. That only leaves one left. Someone decided that they wanted to "fluff" my couch last night and tore a hole in it. AWWW!!! :emo8: I can't believe they would such a thing. I know they didn't do it on purpose. Now I will spend some time trying to mend it. Atleast it is close to the crack so hopefully it will not be so bad. I don't want to point any fingers or anything, but... ------------------>

Thanks. He kept trying to lay on top of it to cover it up so I wouldn't see it. lol. Guess that would make the guilty party. This is the first time they have done anything to the furniture. So I was the least shocked.
On behalf of Mr. Doodle, we submit a plea of "not guilty". The presence of multiple suspects at the scene, no witnesses, no DNA and only shaky circumstantial evidence provides ample reasonable doubt as to Mr. Doodle's guilt. Furthermore, Mr. Doodle states that he "was framed".
Sooz I have to agree, it is all circumstantial, I bet the if the truth be known the neighbors dog snuck in and did the crime. As we all know, dogs will stick up for one another and even take the rap so poor Mr Doodle was being a good friend, I think he is actually a hero! :tongue23:

I'm SURE it wasn't the poodle that did it, they would NEVER do such a thing:)

Objection, all the evidence is pure conjecture your honour, the said poodle may have been covering the crime for another perpetrator, till you can produce some hard evidence i suggest you that you do not make any further accusations :)
:emo11: :help_up_2 :eek2: :3dbiggrin
Mr. Doodle's looks to cute to be guilty. An elf did it mom. Ha Ha
Ok as you can see, the jury is NOT out, we have came down with the verdict. NOT Guilty!!!! Next!

LOL. I suppose. I could never be too mad at them. The looks on their faces were just too priceless. Under the fact that there are no witnesses, or anyone to come forward, they will all get the same punishment for the crime. They are on lock-down with court orders for a bath since the rain has finally let up from the last week. :help_up_2 Not their favorite thing. Doodle gets to wait for his grooming appt. this Friday for his bath. Not that he considers that a punishment. Hmmm. I think that is more like a treat for him.
Okay, have you considered the fact that neither Harmony or Asher are the guilty party?? Someone could have broken in (wearing balaclavas and gloves), sneaked past the sleeping watch dogs......actually moved one of the dogs off the couch......and then tore a hole in the couch.......replaced sleeping dog back on to couch to cover hole.........and crept back out again!! Highly plausible to me. Yep, definite frame up.
I'm with Jedski on this but i think it may have been aliens,i think they have abducted part of your sofa for producing sofa-alien type hybrids.
After showing this thread to the Law offices of Dewey, Cheatum, & Howe, they will accept the case "probono". They feel that the lack of DNA evidence, paw prints, no witnesses, no motive, no prior history, and only a picture that is way darn cute, they can successfully defend the accused.

Hey Kratty don't you mean "PROBONE OHH!!" Hee Hee
As part of the jury listening to all the evidence or lack of .. I declair that the case be dismissed!" Not guilty on all part! Now time to give those poor cute babies extra love and COOKIES!!!:dancing_b
Ok. I admit the jury has some convincing evidence. But how could you stay mad at something so cute? A lecture was used about using the couch for "fluffing" no more. The sad bored looks didn't help the matter. They were extremely sorry and didn't mean cause to the damage. Since this was a first time offense, and lack of evidence, next time video cameras?, they were let off. We all enjoyed a good time outside with the break in the weather and did get our baths. Haha. Not so much enjoyed but tolerated. No events were experienced with the mysterious happenings of the couch since. So we should be good to go. Hopefully.
