I'm not sure I see the problem. Your puppy is used to going out at 1am and holding it until 9, and the night you walk her at 10pm, and skip her late night walk, she holds it until 6. Her usual eight hours. But this surprised and upset you? I'm confused. But it's late. Or early - maybe I read it wrong.
