Took Chase to an area that is away from public pathways and was made by people who wanted to take their dogs off leash. I waited two years to let Chase run around there, because I wanted him to have excellent recall.

So, here is a HUGE photo dump, with some videos at the end to show you how I got SO MUDDY. He decided to have the zoomies IN THE MUD while I was trying to cross :rolleyesww:

Sorry for it being so pixilated, I just wanted to show you where he decided to have a burst of energy

One of my new faves of him

Mid-zoom

Zooooom

Mum, put the camera away and chase me!

Monster face has returned

Sniffing out wildlife

Running up a hill

For example: First photo should look like this: http://i66.photobucket.com/albums/h249/morleykerry/Picture015-12.jpg
Edit: Nevermind, photobucket is playing tricks on me :(

AWESOME! Loved your video too!
Where did you take him? Oh...and did you ever find out the name of the food you switched him to?
Thanks.

Same place you take your guys, on the dirt path in the Don Valley :)

I did find the name brand, sorry I didnt PM, I did update the thread though.

It is: Canine Plus, Lifetime dog food. Not the best ingredients, but he has so much more energy and really packed on the muscle with this particular kibble.

Chase is truly a beautiful, handsome boy. You should be very proud.

I love to see a Doberman having so much fun.
Your pictures are fantastic. I would have some of those blown way up and hung around the house.

OP: If you head North of TO, Claireville is another great 'off leash' spot to let him run. My brother takes his Visila and Weimeraner there several times a week. Very dog friendly.

Thanks guys :)

This little piece of wilderness is a 10 min walk from where I live, I just got off work and it was so nice. So despite my aching legs and back from running around all day, I just had to take him.

On my days off, I'll take a look at the dog friendly area north of Toronto, thanks :)

I think he is going to be just fine on our vacation to Halifax and new Brunswick, both places are in the woods with fantastic scenery.
