Help! There’s a rash? on her chin

Hi there! Unfortunately I noticed something in my doberman. She seems fine, with the issue, it doesn’t hurt or bother her. I have a plastic slow feeder . I also add oil supplements which helps with her coat and skin and it does work so I don’t think that’s the issue. I was seeing if anyone has any idea what’s the reason or if anyone can help! She is 6 months.

It looks like it could be puppy acne to me. A lot of people end up using stainless or ceramic bowls rather than plastic because it is harder to keep plastic clean.
