I have a 11 month old Doberman. One of his ears are done posting and it's fine. The other wont stand and is now too raw to even post! There are sores all over the ear that bleed when they are posted! I'm going to wait and let the ear heal before trying to post again. He is a European Doberman so his ears are thicker and heavier. Should I keep trying? Is there maybe some kind of implant in his ear I can do? Please Help

First - do NOT post ears that are sore or bleeding!
Second - get him to a vet NOW and hope they can save his ear. it is more than likely infected
Third - forget posting. Your dog is obviously in pain. You need to treat his ear like a limb instead of an accessory. He needs medical attention and that ear needs to heal before you even think of posting it ever again.

Sorry if this is harsh, but omg, why do people continue to post when the dogs ear is obviously tore up and irritated to the point of bleeding? Your poor dog
