Some of you may remember awhile back when I was on a little rant about a lady I work with preparing to breed her female. Well since I got my new job I only see her on Wednesdays when I volunteer at the school. So anyway, today I see her and I was talking to her about Orson going in today to have his leg checked, she tells me that her girl has an appointment to be spayed on Monday!!!!!!

I said that was great, but what happened to the 'puppy plan' She said that her husband put his foot down because the pups would be due to come after the new school year starts and nobody would be able to be home during the most important time to be with the dog. He said it would be a big PITA and he wouldn't do it!! Yahooooo! As she told me I could tell she was very down hearted by the whole thing, but I told her he was right and her girls health is more important than new pups!! So her girl is over 3 years old already, so they are just going to snip her and be done with it!!!!

Sometimes things just have a way of working out with out causing a big stink, I am so releaved I never argued with her over my opinions

I have tried to talk so many people out of breeding...Talked and argued till I was blue in the face. Sometimes you can make a diffrence, and sometimes not. But to me it's worth a shot.
