Hummmm, haven't tried anything like it. Is the head halti the same thing as a Gentle Leader? I used a gentle leader on my lab/dane cross years and years ago? Opps anwered my question in chat!! But I'll leave it in here for referance for anyone else.
That I remember it did work well with my old dog, he was very BIG and could be very forcefull. However it seems with this that they could pull right through it? As it loses control over their head and puts the pressure where they are able to drive right through it. Just an observation though, I don't have any experience with this type of device, so I may be wrong. It seems to me that it may actually enable pulling rather than put a stop to it. I would be inclined to sway to the Gentle Leader in a choice between the two of them.
