Hello yall,

I have some mixed emotions right now, I just got done bathing and feeding dozer, he is a doberman that my husband found at his job site today.

But at the same time I am sad, he is very malnourished. And I dont know how old he is, we fed him and have an early appintment with our vet monday morning. He has a skin condition which I have been applying neosporin and cleaning his sores.

I feel terrible that he has been mistreated what seems like his whole life. My heart just goes out to him.

I have never had this breed before so I am reading as much as I can, any advice is very much welcomed!!!!

Pictures would help. Is he itching? A little or a lot or not at all? Does he have fleas?

Strongly suggest a heartworm test.
