Hmmm...for some reason I can't view the "pack" pic, but little Mensa is quite the looker, Chaz. (Even better than before when she was still a Shriner). Plus it looks like she can hold her own in a dispute (real or fanciful). She is going to be one stunning young lady. No doubt about it.

"Found a place" is right. Within a couple days she appointed herself "Top Dog" around here. She even steals the other dog's food while they're trying to eat it.

I'm surprised how things are working out. The Labradors don't think too much of her, but Katie gets along real well with her. Katie's kind of a grouch toward puppies at the Dog Park, but she loves to play with Mensa. Go figure.

She is absolutely adorable....It brings back all my puppy memories of when I brought Nikki home at that age...She's going to be something when she blooms...I think her name is awesome, she can have her own TV show,"Mind of Mensa" if its not already taken.....

Just wondering why you have the tape in the middleso high. I thought it should be ask close to the skull as posible so it didnt catch on a tree branch or something.

Cute pup though. Looks so much like Jazz

I'm not sure, Jenn. The Vet taped them up.

Her Breeder paid an extra fee to the Vet which entitles me to take her in for a cleaning and re-taping whenever I think it's time. The Vet said if I feel like having them re-taped five times a day, that's OK with him. Unless she has big problems on a week-end, I'll never have to worry about taping them.

The Vet wants to re-tape at least once a week.

Okie-Dobie,

The Vet-Wrap seems to be working fine. For a stiffener, the Vet used foam-rubber tubing (looks like small diameter pipe insulation to me) wrapped with tape, sticky side out. The Vet Wrap is wound around that. The piece in the middle is a tongue depressor wrapped in tape. So far it's survived three days of Doberman Rough-housing without even a hint of falling apart.
