Easter egg treat hunt!

LOTS OF PICTURES!!!! So they did good they never stopped sniffing around but we had to steer them in the right direction alot of the time. They had fun though with it. They would both grab and pick up the egg with their mouth if it didnt pop open when they did that then we asked them to put it down and we opened it for them. making sure they wouldnt swallow the egg! lol It was a lot of fun and they had a good time :)

Awww, Those are so sweet! What did you put in the eggs?

My husband put our kids eggs outside too, and he burried a few in the snow that they could'nt find. Worst thing is they had money in them! The nimwit.

AWESOME!! That looks like fun for the dogs & you!!

I too would like to know what you put in the eggs. I am sure any treat would be nice to eat, but did you have to make it 'stinky' enough for them to find easier??

they were just regular little cookie biscuit treats....eventually they sniffed around until they saw the egg lol. we had to help them quite a bit pointing them in the right direction etc...but they sniffed and then BINGO they knew what was in the egg when they saw one. I think I will do it more often on Non easter days too :) I had fun

Looks like they had a lot of fun!! What a great idea, I would have never thought of an egg hunt for dogs. I love the picture where they are both standing on their hind legs to get the easter egg on the door handle! Great pictures, and cute video!!
