Just got a European doberman from overseas and the breeder didn't tape his ears because of a wound. His ears have been not taped for 2 weeks and now they're floppy. Was wondering if his ears will still stand or did those 2 weeks ruined it?

Welcome to DT. Have the stitches been removed? Where is the wound?

That should be easy. Just tape the rest of the ear but avoid that spot or any similar spots, until healed. If you go on the top of this sub forum there are a few how to's for posting ears, one of them I wrote. That would be a good starting point for you. But post them for sure!

Try putting the tape a bit lower down and it will help keep the post in his ear. Be sure you are stretching the ear up and squeezing it firmly onto the post before taping. I would probably put a piece of tape in the middle of the ear too.
