I just responded to this on the DPDF, but I'll post it here for anyone else needing the info in the future.

Dr. Jezbera, Riverside Animal Hospital on Magnolia Ave..he's done the ears on most of the dobermans I've owned and does beautiful work. I know at least one other board member here recommends him as well.

Dr. Zarrilli in Irvine: http://www.earcrop.com/earcropping.htm While he does good work and a lot of show breeders use him, I personally like the shape of Dr. Jezbera's ears better..but that's just a personal preference thing. I'd still recommend him highly.

There's also a new vet at Victory Animal Hospital in Sherman Oaks who I've heard good things about for ear cropping, she's a great dane breeder. Never seen her work first hand, but for anyone in the SF Valley, it might be worth checking out. I was introduced to her once, but only as Dr. Bonnie (her first name), I don't know her last name.

I second the Dr Jezbera recomendation.

He did great work on Mensa, and his Vet-Techs did all the posting, for as long as it took to get her ears to look perfect.

Cheryl I was hoping you might reply. I pased the info on and he is going to check out the Vet in Sherman Oaks. I asked him to let me know how it goes and if I could see the pup's ears at some point. So I will let you know if he gets back to me.
