No recommendations made - these are just the breeders I can think of that are in N.C. Do your homework, ask all the right questions and make an informed decision.

I am sure others will chime in here with more info. I do know that there are a couple or three or so members here on DT that have Goldgrove dogs and are very happy with them.

I live in North Carolina and know most of the "reputable" breeders. I personally have dogs from Carmen Pitts (Allure), and Connie Alexander (Kachina).

I've met Chris Rasmussen, their dogs train all the way up in Northern VA as my club. Fantastic dogs, great work ethic.

There were Goldgrove dogs at the DPCC National in 2011 and I thought they were very impressive.

Thanks for the compliment, but no, I don't think we have ever met. Have you been to a Working Dobermanns of the Carolinas event? Is it possible we met there and I just don't remember? You may have met some Arras offspring at Armin's club....
