Those are so cute. I love the beaded one and headband. Thanks for showing :)
the collars are beautiful. they were selling them at the dog show I just attended. but on a side note: don't you think it is a tad unseemly for a dobe named "rommel' to be wearing a 'fancynancy' collar - especially after you have made the poor boy wear underwear on his head for the picture above?
lol:)

I think I must come and resuce Rommel, or at least subscribe him to "Dogue" magazine.......

My guys are all hard on their collars, but the ones with the woven-in pattern look like they would hold up well around here.

My dogs like to lead each other around by the collar. I wonder where they learned that.

HAHAHAHAHA! It wasnt underwear! I was a sock underneath! And some fabric I got from the fabric store on top! LMAO Well at least Piper could get one! :D
I think they are cute.. I am getting a studing machine in the mail in a few weeks and I am going to try and put gold, silver or rinestones on a collar for the girls.. we will see if it works I will post some photos
Those are pretty collars. I've seen similar ribbon used for a women's belt line and they retail for close to $100.

I like to have less expensive collars on hand for the dog park (slobber factor) and when Java plays in the water. I picked up some fun collars for Java @ Old Navy - for a whopping $3.50 (yes $3.50) each. Sizing may be off - she just turned a year and the S fits just fine, but picked up same designs in M. Preppy stripes, fun colors, they had a design with a bit of shine, and they do collars for each of the holidays. They also carry leads to match ($7.00). Not available on their website.

Lands' End makes a nice basic leather collar.

Target is bringing their 'Shabby Chic' line - the ladies will get this, guys - into their pet area. They had collars and leads done in faded rose-printed fabrics to match. Nice alternative to hot pink.
That link was something I SO DID NOT NEED!!! ::drool:: The red/orange "Peacock" fabric would be perfect for Storm!

Thank you for putting that so well.
OMG!!! I love them!!!!!! Uh oh..... I feel myself slipping OFF the collar wagon.... oh what's a girl to do, except buy a collar or two!! ( or three, or four.....)

Somebody, who shall remain nameless (*cough*TRACYJO*cough*), has got me hooked on wider collars now..... and is not helping the addiction!
I like the wider ones too!
Your siggie is absolutely awesome BinB!!! I love that you've thrown my little Piper girl in there too!
me too they look great when they are decorated with those classy patterns!!!!!!! I can just see Duchess and all the girl dogs here making the boys drool and strutting their stuff with those collars on :)

I was going to mention the new signature too! We love Piper just as equally as we love Rommel even though piper is not a dobe! piper will still get alot of love at this forum!
Thanks :D I like messing around in photo programs. I actually put Dutchess's ears on Rommel one day when I was trying to decide how I wanted to crop them! You can do lots of fun stuff in photo programs.

Yep. I gotta include her, she hasn't been in one in a while. :)

I want one of those collars so bad for Piper!

(No, I'm not bored.....huh uh!)

what size collar so your guys wear? im needing to know so i can start getting jack some nice collars for when hes fully grown.. at the moment jack is wearing an adjustable one that i think goes to 18".. was wondering what size everyone wears..
Rommel has an 18 but it is on the 2nd to last hole, so I am going to get him a new one soon.
I told hubby last night that jack was up to 21" already and hes only 4 months...hubby thinks hes gonna be a pretty tall boy.. but i dunno.. im gonna talk to the breeder this weekend. his male was pretty tall. I took jack over to see him i think it was last weekend and he said that he looks like hes gonna be bigger then his dad :dancing_b Thats why im curious on the size of your guys collar.
